An MSDOS utility to create form elements: menus, checkbox, etc.

WBAT is a set of utilities to run in MSDOS, totally free, and which doesn't even require installation. All the utilities are related to the creation of form elements.

With WBAT you can create, in an MSDOS environment, your own menus, buttons, editing fields, checkboxes, radio type buttons, selection lists, and so on. The user, playing with the different parameters, may apply different colours, text, and controls to each of the elements.

To change the preferences and default properties of WBAT you need to edit the INI file that it comes equipped with.
